If you are a club, academy, coach, staff member, family user, athlete, or other user of the NSS platform, your use of the NSS platform is governed by separate agreements, including the applicable Client SaaS Agreement, User Terms, order forms, and related policies.

The Website is intended for business, informational, and commercial purposes. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Website.
The Website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public Website.
