Common questions.
What counts as an "athlete" for billing purposes?
Any athlete with an active profile receiving standard tracking in a given billing month. Archived athletes do not count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade mid-billing cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect as soon as possible with prorated billing applied for the remainder of the current period.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial at this time.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation for export. After 90 days it is permanently and securely deleted.
Does this replace our current training methodology?
No. NSS' methodology is a framework layer that focuses on the foundations of a soccer player and you are not required to agree with it. You may define the standards based on your organization's methodology for a custom standards library available in a fully custom build. Please note that a custom build is not reflected in the 1-500+ athlete pricing cards and would require a custom quote.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding can be completed in as little as one 24 hour day. However, the time it takes to complete onboarding can vary depending on the size of your organization and the complexity of your needs.
