This Privacy Policy explains how Soccer Solutions LLC d/b/a National Soccer Solutions ("NSS," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you:

1. Our Role

4. Sources of Information

We collect information:

  1. directly from you when you submit forms, contact us, create accounts, or use the Services;
  2. from our customers, such as clubs and academies, when they create or manage user accounts and athlete records;
  3. automatically from devices, sessions, and service usage through necessary technical logs and security controls;
  4. from service providers that support hosting, authentication, form submission, caching, communications, and platform functionality; and
  5. from publicly available or business-contact sources, where permitted by law.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  1. to provide, host, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Services;
  2. to create, authenticate, manage, and support accounts and access permissions;

  9. to create aggregated or de-identified analytics, benchmarking, and service-improvement materials; and
  10. to otherwise carry out legitimate business operations consistent with applicable law and contract.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients, as appropriate:

  1. Customers and authorized users. We disclose Customer Data to the applicable club, academy, coaches, staff, families, or other users that the customer authorizes within the Services.
  2. Service providers and subprocessors. We use vendors that assist with hosting, infrastructure, authentication, forms, caching, communications, and support.
  3. Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and similar advisors, subject to appropriate confidentiality duties.
  4. Corporate transaction counterparties. Parties involved in an acquisition, merger, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
  5. Legal and safety disclosures. Government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties where required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misconduct, or prevent harm.
  6. Others with your direction or consent. Where you or our customer direct us to share information.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the ordinary course of our standard Services.

7. Service Providers / Subprocessors

Depending on the Services used, NSS may rely on service providers or subprocessors such as:

  • cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • authentication providers;
  • spreadsheet or managed database providers;
  • caching and performance providers;
  • secure form-submission providers; and
  • email and communications providers.

NSS may add, remove, or replace service providers from time to time. We may also migrate data from one storage or infrastructure environment to another, provided we continue to use reasonable and appropriate safeguards.

NSS may maintain a live subprocessor or vendor list separately from this Privacy Policy and may update that list from time to time without separately amending this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, the applicable contract, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

If a client agreement promises a specific post-cancellation retention period, that agreement controls over this general Privacy Policy.

9. Children and Minors

The Services are not designed for independent use by children under 13.

  • Children under 13 may not register for, hold, or independently control NSS account credentials.
  • If a customer chooses to make information available to a child under 13, that access must occur only through a parent- or guardian-controlled Family Account or under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and only where the customer has obtained any required notices, permissions, and consents.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal authority to submit and manage data concerning athletes and minors in the Services.
  • If NSS learns that a child under 13 directly created or controlled an account in violation of our policies, we may disable the account and take appropriate corrective steps.

Authorized users age 13 to 17 may use the Services only as permitted by the applicable customer and, where required, with parent or guardian knowledge, supervision, or consent.

10. Security

NSS uses safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and our business.

These safeguards may include access controls, role-based permissions, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported by the relevant services and architecture, audit logging, vendor management, and secure development or operational practices.

No method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely infallible. We do not guarantee absolute security.

11. U.S.-First / International Processing

NSS primarily operates from the United States and primarily offers the Services to U.S.-based organizations unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

If NSS agrees to process personal information subject to non-U.S. data protection laws, additional contractual terms may apply, including a data processing addendum, international transfer mechanism, and additional customer responsibilities.

Customers must not submit data that their contract prohibits NSS from receiving.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and relationship to NSS, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information.

If you are a platform user associated with a club or academy

For most Customer Data in the Services, NSS processes that information on behalf of the customer. In those cases, your club or academy is the first party that should address your request because it controls the relevant athlete or user records.

If you are interacting with NSS directly

You may contact us at info@nationalsoccersolutions.com regarding requests related to information NSS controls directly, such as Website inquiry records or certain business-contact records.

We may need to verify your identity, authority, and request before responding.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act on your behalf, NSS may require proof of the agent's authority and may require you to verify your own identity directly with NSS before acting on the request.

13. State Privacy Disclosures

If a U.S. state privacy law applies to NSS and grants you specific rights, NSS will process qualifying requests in accordance with that law. We may deny requests where permitted by law, including where we act only as a processor or service provider for a customer and the customer must address the request.

NSS does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the Effective Date or Last Updated date and take any additional steps required by law.
